The New York City-based PR agency BPCM named Nancy Cuocci and Victor De Vita as partners, joining the firm’s co-founders Vanessa von Bismarck and Carrie Ellen Phillips.
Cuocci, previously BPCM’s chief of staff, has been with the firm since 2014, while De Vita, whose previous experience spans communications roles at Zac Posen and Condé Nast, joined the agency in 2022 as global managing director of travel and luxury.
“Having four [partners] instead of two, there is an opportunity and a trust to let other people be the face of the agency. … It allows [Phillips and I] to have more space in order to look into new categories,” von Bismarck said, adding, “It’s really helpful to have other adults sitting next to us that have a stake in the company and that are jointly building towards success.”
Cuocci will continue to focus on the company’s operational functions and internal culture, while De Vita will collaborate closely with von Bismarck and Phillips to drive BPCM’s growth.
The independent agency based in New York, Los Angeles and London employs roughly 100 staff members and has collaborated with Glossier, Jean Paul Gaultier, Louis Vuitton and Hermès. The addition to the partnership of BPCM’s US operations is the company’s first since its founding in 1999.
In the following year, BPCM is focused on broadening its departmental leadership and implementing AI solutions to optimise internal efficiency and advise clients through improved trend forecasting.
