Members of South Korean girl group Blackpink looked shocked as King Charles mentioned them in a speech at Buckingham Palace.
They were name-checked for supporting environmental causes.
“I can only admire how they can prioritise these vital issues, as well as being global superstars,” he said.
The group had been invited to a banquet on the first day of the South Korean president’s state visit to the UK.
