Capcom’s sci-fi third person will not only be launching in April 2026, but it will also come to Nintendo Switch 2.
One of the more interesting titles in Capcom’s upcoming catalogue is Pragmata, which has continued to look impressive with each showing. Well, at The Game Awards 2025, it got a major new announcement. Not only did we learn the release date, but Capcom revealed that it will be coming to Nintendo Switch 2 on the same launch day as every other platform.
Pragmata made an appearance during the pre show of The Game Awards 2025, where the latest details of the game were announced. The release date for Pragmata is April 24, 2026, and it will come out on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, PC, and, now newly revealed, the Nintendo Switch 2.
Pragmata has looked promising for a while, with each new showing peeling back more details about the journey of survival as a human engineer and android taking on the appearance of a child take on a hostile supercomputer network. Capcom has let us try a few early looks at the game and we’ve enjoyed what we’ve seen so far, as shared by Senior Editor Ozzie Mejia.
With Pragmata’s date set for April 2026, we’ll look forward to seeing it join Resident Evil Requiem on Nintendo Switch 2 next year. Stay tuned for more updates as they become available on the Pragmata topic.
