We’ve started up a new post containing all Mystery Gift codes for Pokemon Scarlet and Pokemon Violet. This hub will be updated throughout the lifecycle of the two games with all codes and other distributions as they’re announced.
Codes and distributions can provide all sorts of things. Redeeming them will give you special Pokemon offered in distributions, certain items, and more.

How to redeem Mystery Gift codes
The process of redeeming is thankfully straightforward and fairly similar to other entries in the series. Simply follow the steps outlined below.
1. Launch Pokemon Scarlet or Violet
2. Select the Poke Portal on the X menu
3. The first true step to redeem Pokemon Scarlet and Pokemon Violet Mystery Gift codes is to now select the Mystery Gift option
4. Select either “Get via Internet” or “Get with Code/Password” to connect to the internet
5. If you chose “Get via Internet”, simply follow the next steps; if you chose “Get with Code/Password”, enter your password
6. Watch as the gift arrives in your game
7. Be sure to save your game
Keep in mind that it takes roughly 1 to 1.5 hours of play time before you are able to access the Mystery Gift feature.
