Trial EXP and Trial Rank are pretty important in Duet Night Abyss, as lots of different features and mechanics are locked away behind certain milestones. If you are looking to charge through your Trial Ranks quickly so you can start farming the things you want, then this is how to do it.
How to earn Trial EXP and increase your Trial Rank in Duet Night Abyss
Ascension levels for characters and weapons will be locked away behind your Trial Rank, so if you really want to get powerful quickly, then you will need to focus on earning some Trial EXP. The good news is that there are numerous ways to do so in Duet Night Abyss, and make sure you claim your rewards for each level, as they are very useful.
- Quests – This is really the primary way that you can earn large amounts of Trial EXP. Main story quests, side quests, and dynamic quests that pop up during world exploration will all reward you with Trial EXP. The main story quest will give you plenty of Trial EXP if you want to play through it quickly.
- Unlocking things and leveling them up – Yes, simply unlocking characters, weapons, and ascending them will award Trial EXP. You might want to consider which characters you are leveling, as you might not have all the resources you need to do them all, but it’s a good way to get Trial EXP if you can.
- Collecting Demon Wedges – go to the Noctoyager Manual section of the Commissions screen and run those quests to get the Demon Wedges, as each one you do will earn you Trial EXP.
- Exploration – opening chests, solving puzzles, completing challenges
- Daily Quests – check your Day Planner for daily quests to complete for more experience.
