All Bombardier Locations in ARC Raiders

You’ll need to fight at least a few Bombardiers for their rare components in ARC Raiders. Here’s where to find them.

Bombardiers are one of the tougher ARC you’ll encounter in ARC Raiders, but you’ll need their Cores to craft some of the better weapons in the game. Thankfully, there are several spawns for them on every map save Stella Montis, and we’ve collected them all here.

There are at least two potential spawns for Bombardiers on every map except Stella Monits. However, only one tends to spawn in any particular raid, though there are the odd rounds where two of them appear.

You might also have good luck finding them during map events like Night Raids, Electromagnetic Storms, and so on. They do share a spawn pool with at least Bastions and Leapers, so there’s a chance you might not find one on any of the maps for some time. You might also be drowning in Bombardiers, depending on your luck.

One final note: while the spawn points are basically fixed, ARC like to roam around their space, so don’t be surprised if they aren’t exactly where we’ve marked them. You’ll be able to hear them stomping around, and their Spotters will give them away from hundreds of yards out.

Where to find Bombardiers on Dam Battlegrounds

There are two spawns for the Bombardier on Dam Battlegrounds:

  • On and around the causeway going north near the Control Tower and Research and Administration
  • On the northern edge of the Hydroponics Dome Complex

Between these two locations, the Control Tower spawn is technically safer. There’s more hard cover to be had, better escape routes, and fewer potential Wasps and Hornets to contend with as you fight the big guy.

The two most common spawns for Bombardiers on Buried City are:

  • In Marano Park, in the middle of the map
  • In the clearing between the Santa Maria House and Plaza Rosa

Both of these locations offer plenty of ways to evade the Bombardier’s missile barrages, but you’ll be limited by the windows and doorways of the safe areas where you can fight. Rooftops are your worst nightmare when the ARC missiles come from on high.

Where to find Bombardiers on Spaceport

Bombardiers are fairly common appearances on Spaceport, and there are five spawns for you to check every match. They are:

  • In the clearing bound by Control Tower A6, Container Storage, and Vehicle Maintenance
  • In the large field southwest of Rocket Assembly
  • In the field around the Launch Towers
  • In the forested pathway northeast of the Rocket Assembly
  • Above the Hidden Bunker location, southwest of the Departure Building

Of these, the only one I don’t recommend going for is above the Hidden Bunker. There’s not nearly enough cover there to make the fight safe.

You’ll need to check three locations for Bombardiers at The Blue Gate:

  • In the northeastern portion of the Checkpoint, sometimes just inside the gate.
  • Atop the Outer Gates near Checkpoint, and sometimes further east near the Warehouse Complex
  • In the fields south of the Headhouse

There aren’t too many amazing places to fight Bombardiers on Blue Gate, but I’d stick to the Checkpoint and Warehouse Complex spawns whenever possible.

Bombardiers are hardy beasts, so bring a healthy complement of grenades, an Anvil, or even a Hullcracker, if you’re feeling bold. Beware the Spotters, as they can give their master an easy shot.

John’s been gaming for almost 30 years, starting with Super Mario 64, but his first real love is Final Fantasy. Or Armored Core, depending on how he slept last night. If you want to know where to find an item in a massive open world or how to beat a boss, he can help. They’ve probably kicked his teeth in a few times already. You can normally find him eyes deep in the latest FromSoftware game if he isn’t doing dailies in the half-dozen live service games he plays. He can be found on BlueSky.
