Drake & Josh: Funniest Episodes, Ranked

    0

Of all the TV shows Nickelodeon has produced, Drake & Josh remains one of the most popular to this day. In fact, the public remembers this series fondly. It’s about the crazy situations that happen to teenage stepbrothers Drake Parker (Drake Bell) and Josh Nichols (Josh Peck). In the series, they have to deal with various problems, which are often caused by themselves, and their own evil sister, Megan.

Despite its success, this series was canceled after four seasons. The only thing that is known about it is that Nickelodeon decided to focus on creating other TV shows. For example, iCarly, which is not a sequel to Drake & Josh, even though its main character is the same actress who played Megan (Miranda Cosgrove), was next on the list.

Throughout its seasons you can see a lot of hilarious moments. That’s why we’ve compiled a list of the funniest Drake & Josh episodes.

    10 Foam Finger (Season 3, Episode 9)

    Nickelodeon

Drake and Josh discover in this episode that they had a fight when they were eight years old before they met as teenagers and lived together. The argument had been over a foam finger. During the episode, both brothers are upset and blame the other for starting the fight.

After a lot of funny scenes and arguments between Drake and Josh, Megan finally manages to talk to the man who sells the foam fingers to set them straight. He tells them that the real cause of the fight was that Megan, being a baby, hit Josh by throwing a cookie at him, but he thought it was Drake.

    9 The Demonator (Season 3, Episode 15)

The three decide to secretly leave him in the care of Craig and Eric.

The funny thing about the episode is that Grandpa Nichols wakes up confused, thinking he’s in World War II. He then attacks the boys, thinking they’re Germans. Elsewhere, Drake, Josh, and Megan stand in line to ride, although a couple of hilarious situations happen, causing them to be sent back at the end of it several times.

A lot of fun things happen from here on out, including conversations with Drake’s girlfriend and ex-girlfriends. Also, Crazy Steve only wants to watch episodes of Dora the Explorer on TV, which he angrily watches.

    6 Really Big Shrimp (Season 4, Episode17)

    Nickelodeon

This is the last episode of Drake & Josh, and besides being very funny, it’s also nostalgic. It also contains a reference to The Amanda Show, which is the series from which this one was derived. At first, Drake was very excited, because he got a record deal with Spin City Records to release his new single. Plus, Josh would be his manager.

However, everything goes wrong, because Josh accidentally signs a contract without reading it, because he was distracted by a big shrimp, to then be fired by Drake. To fix this, Josh gets the track played during a Super Bowl commercial. On the other hand, all the characters have their endings within the story.

    5 Drew & Jerry (Season 2, Episode 13)

    Nickelodeon

At first, Josh seeks out Drake and tells him that he wants to carry out various plans with him. However, his brother tells him that he needs some time alone to himself a day, to which Josh gets a new best friend. This one is named Drew, and he resembles both physically and psychologically his brother, Drake.

Later, Drake gets himself another best friend, Jerry, who resembles Josh in every way. During the episode, it is seen that both brothers are jealous of each other’s new best friend.

4 Josh Runs Into Oprah (Season 4, Episode 1)

    Nickelodeon

At the beginning of the episode, Josh gets mad at Drake, because the latter forgot his birthday. So, to remedy this mistake, Drake gives him a ticket to see the famous Oprah Winfrey live, in addition to being able to enter backstage during the show. For a long time, it has always been made clear in the series that she is Josh’s heroine.

Although everything seems straightforward, Josh at one point has trouble parking and ends up running Oprah over. While Megan takes over her friend Janie’s virtual pet, which becomes a little more demanding for her than she thought.

    3 Blues Brothers (Season 2, Episode 8)

    Nickelodeon

First, Drake is introduced preparing for a talent show that is going to take place in Los Premiere. On the other hand, Josh is going to accompany his father on the Weather Channel broadcast. Megan, being mean as usual to her siblings, reminds him that she’s panicked about sweating in public.

From this point on, Josh suffers tics during the broadcast and all of San Diego mocks him after watching the weather report. So, to clear his brother’s name, Drake proposes to sing a cover with him of the Soul Man theme song. This ends in a musical scene very different from what we are used to seeing in this series.

2 Paging Dr. Drake (Season 3, Episode 8)

    Nickelodeon

Josh hurts his foot when a barbell falls on it. But, he says he doesn’t want to go to the hospital because he’s afraid of it. This is one of the craziest episodes of the series, as Josh manages to save him through a lie while pretending to be a doctor as well. Likewise, Drake almost went to jail when he was almost discovered, although he manages to escape through a window and save himself.

    1 Tree House (Season 4, Episode 10)

    Nickelodeon

Ranked first is the tree house episode, which has even been the stuff of memes. In this episode, Josh’s grandmother gives him a model rocket, but it accidentally explodes in the neighbor’s tree house.

Drake, Megan, and Josh attempt to rebuild it so that the brothers can go on a date with some twins later that night. However, because Drake forgot to cut the door to the house, they get locked in, and Megan won’t let them out, as she was angry about missing one of her friends’ parties. For the rest of the episode, they both try to leave, only to end up missing their date as well. Which resulted in the funniest episode of the whole series and a very disastrous ending for Drake and Josh.
