This keeps my son busy. He loves drawing with water and looking at the animals and letters on the border. I would buy it again as the material is durable and the value is great. If you have an older toddler I could see this as a fun way to practice writing mess-free while having fun. Easy to use and to dry!
Purchased as a third birthday gift for my great-niece. She loves to color and draw and her parents are happy she can do so with plain water keeping her hands, clothes, and their home clean!
My child is 3, and with that being said, she can get very adventurous with markers on the walls, floors, cabinets, you name it. So when I saw the water doodle mat, I had to give it a try. Let’s say my walls are staying white along with the floors and cabinets. She does get a little adventurous, wanting to help fill up the markers with water but that is the only little mess you will receive; other than that she is drawing and having fun mess-free!
