Brace yourself for two potential Chick-fil-A new menu items! 🐔
Fall is quickly approaching, and the changing seasons always bring changes to restaurant menus as well!
There’s been some recent speculation regarding Chick-fil-A’s plans for its Fall menu, and we’re hearing that the restaurant may be adding a new sandwich and a new milkshake this year.
To everyone’s great surprise, there’s no pumpkin or apple involved with either one of these potential new menu items!
According to food blogger Markie Devo, Chick-fil-A is planning to add a Honey Pepper Pimento Chicken Sandwich to its menu this fall. It features an original Chick-fil-A Filet drizzled with honey, topped with pimento cheese, and served on a warm, toasted bun with mild pickled jalapeños.
In 2020, Chick-fil-A began testing this sandwich at select restaurants in the Carolinas. Pimento cheese is especially popular in the south, and the sandwich was successful enough there to launch nationwide for a limited time this fall!
The new Honey Pepper Pimento Chicken Sandwich will join another new menu item – the Caramel Crumble Milkshake (which was also previously a test market item). The Caramel Crumble Milkshake is a butterscotch caramel-flavored milkshake made with Chick-fil-A Icedream dessert and blondie crumbles, topped with whipped cream and a maraschino cherry.
Food blogger Markie Devo credits a Chick-fil-A employee with naming August 28th as the date that both items will launch nationwide at participating locations. Both menu items are expected to be available for a limited time only, throughout the fall season.
