I love these knives. Not only are they super sharp, but they look amazing as well. I agonized over which set to buy for almost a year, and if you are in that same position, just buy these. I have no regrets, and I get excited to use them every day.
They are beautiful. Each slot, except the bread knife, has a sharpener inside so that when you take and replace it, the knife makes contact with the sharpener. They are also heavy and well-made. I’ll have these for a while. And they don’t take up that much space on the countertop.
