It is no secret that money expert Clark Howard loves all things Costco. It is easy to see why, with staples like their Tire Center and Optical Department, as well as a constant array of new inventory.
As a superfan of Costco myself, I love walking through the store and discovering fresh, new products. Sometimes, these products are from top-name brands. Sometimes, they are from small, local companies. Regardless, it is all part of the fun.
New Products at Costco This Month
Each month, I will take a look at the newest Costco products. While the majority will be under $100, I will let you know if I find a particularly good deal.
Remember: Costco products are not guaranteed to be there from month to month, so if you discover a new product that you can’t live without, snag it.
With Thanksgiving and Christmas up ahead, I am showcasing new items that are great for now and gift-giving in the future.
Kirkland Signature Daily Dry Facial Towels, 200-count
Why I chose this:
Sometimes you don’t need a moist towel and would prefer something dry for dabbing sweat from your forehead, or even drying a quick spill. These contain no added fragrances and are soft to the touch. Costco was excited about these on its social media channels, which is why I wanted to include them for November.
The 200-count of towels sells for $21.99 online and $18.99 at my club.
Hoto Auto-Dispensing Glue Gun

Why I chose this:
This looked like a great gift idea for the DIY or crafter in your life. Or a gift for yourself. This glue gun is auto-dispensing, temperature-controlled, anti-drip, and even includes a storage bag! Oh, and the glue sticks are non-toxic!
This is an in-club-only item at this time, priced at $29.99. Hoto sells a similar product on its website for $58.99.
Umbra Gallery Picture Frame 7 Piece Set

Why I chose this:
The picture on the box is what led me to take a closer look. What I didn’t initially realize is that you have two frame color choices: black or aged walnut. This 7-pack includes one larger 11″ x14″ frame, four 4 “x 6” frames, and two 7 “x 9” frames.
This is an in-club-only item that sells for $29.99, making it roughly $4.28 per frame. These are high-quality vs what you could find at a dollar store.
KONG Wild Knots Dog Toys, 2-count

Why I chose this:
These whimsical pals greeted me warmly when I stepped into my local club. As you begin your holiday shopping, don’t forget your 4-legged friends. You will receive two soft, durable bear toys. They do have a squeaker inside, with minimal stuffing and an internal knotted rope.
A discount is currently available both online and in the store. The online price is $15.99, and the in-club price is $13.99 after the promo is applied.
David’s Cookies Cranberry/Pistachio Biscuit 9.3oz (0.58 LBS)

Why I chose this:
With the holidays ahead, this would make a perfect treat for company or for yourself. These cranberry pistachio biscuits come in a beautifully festive tin that would make for an ideal gift without breaking the bank.
Speaking of not breaking the bank, these are currently an in-club-only item at $6.99 each.
Peanuts by Sanctuary Women’s Holiday Sweater

Why I chose this:
This festive sweater is sure to put a smile on your face and those who notice it. Available in green and blue, these feature ribbed hem and cuffs and are breathable. The green sweater is Charlie Brown and Snoopy, and the navy color is just our old friend Snoopy.
This is an online-only item at this time, and the $24.99 price includes shipping.
BC Clothing Men’s Textured Flannel

Why I chose this:
The chillier weather is upon us, and I would be remiss if I did not highlight a clothing item that would be perfect for the time of year ahead. This men’s flannel shirt comes in a variety of sizes and in three colors. This is a regular-fit, textured fabric piece with two front pockets.
This sells for $19.99 online, and the price includes shipping. This is also available in-club, but I did not see it on my last visit.
Blueland Dishwasher Detergent Tablets, Fragrance-Free, 110-count

Why I chose this:
When I saw this online as a new item for November, the name rang a bell. It dawned on me that I had seen them on Shark Tank! So glad to see them in Costco. They sell 110-count bags in-club, and you get two 110-count bags online. These are septic-safe, fragrance-free, and use plant-friendly ingredients.
The in-club price is $24.99 for 110 pods, and the online price is $59.99 for 220 pods ($29.99 for one bag), making the price cheaper in-club. The price per pod is $0.23. This is right in the middle of the Kirkland Signature pods at roughly $0.12 each and the Cascade Platinum Plus pods that Costco sells for $0.35 each.
Nautilus Yoga Mat with Strap

Why I chose this:
With the new year up ahead, those New Year’s resolutions will start coming into focus. One of them might be to focus on your health. My goal this year is to give yoga a try. I have never seen yoga mats at Costco before, and could not wait to showcase this as a new item for November. This mat is slip-resistant, 6mm thick, and contains a carry strap. The dimensions are 24” W x 68” L.
This mat is selling for $29.99 online with shipping included, and in-club, it was $19.99.
Anolon EverLast Carbon Steel 4-piece Wok and Teak Tool Set

Why I chose this:
It might be time to start looking at replacing or upgrading your cookware. Costco has this excellent wok made from carbon steel—the power of cast iron and half the weight. What really caught my eye is that this can withstand high heat up to 1,000 degrees Fahrenheit and has rust-resistant technology. But that’s not all. It comes with 3 Brazilian teakwood tools to help curate the perfect meal.
This is available online for $129.99, including shipping, or in-club for $119.99.
Final Thoughts
