Alison Loehnis is now a senior adviser at JPMorgan Chase & Co., working in its global consumer and retail investment banking team. In her role, Loehnis, who joined the company earlier this month, focuses on luxury and lifestyle brands, as part of the bankâs push to fortify its presence in the sector.
The former Yoox Net-a-Porter executive was appointed by Jeannette Smits van Oyen, global head of consumer and retail investment banking. Based in London, Loehnis has also served on Lululemon Athleticaâs board of directors in a non-executive position since 2022.
Loehnis stepped down from her positions as YNAPâs president and interim CEO in June following 18 years at the luxury fashion e-tailer, including a 14-year tenure as president.
Earlier this year, Swiss conglomerate Richemont sold YNAP to LuxExperience, Mytheresaâs publicly traded parent company, in a â¬555 million ($649 million) acquisition that was completed in April and gave Richemont a 33 percent stake in LuxExperience.
