Polygon has teamed up with Drivn to focus on accelerating the development of Drivn’s objective to create user-friendly, secure and incentivizing commuter experiences, delivering insights and rewards.
As one of the biggest decentralized scaling platforms in the world, Polygon has a track record in working with Web3 founders to develop, launch and scale their projects to create an empowering, transparent and innovative experience.
Working together to take the expanding Drivn platform to the next level, this collaboration will focus on expanding Drivn’s forefront-role in curbing the climate crisis and empower users to co-create a greener, more sustainable world on a secure, rewarding and insightful platform.

According to a 2022 BCG Climate AI survey report, 87% of business leaders believe AI to be an essential tool in the fight against climate change. Drivn, a behavioral change ecosystem founded by three Danes, aims to make this a reality.
Powered by blockchain technology, a dual tokenomics model and a reward-based system, the ecosystem uses a combination of NFTs, a mobile app, in-app tokens and governance tokens to track users’ journeys and rewards them for choosing carbon-neutral travel options.
The Drivn system verifies that the user is driving an electric vehicle or riding a bicycle with different parameters: GPS tracking, motion tracking and a built-in EV verification system all within the app.
The technology uses various anti-cheating mechanisms, such as desensitized GPS data, to validate the journey while also keeping users information and travel history safe. Tracked journeys are automatically rewarded with $GTT tokens, which can be exchanged for other cryptocurrencies and allow users to earn an income for choosing sustainable transport.
