Dyke joins Jones as Welsh Feathers co-captain


Ni Jones led Wales at the 2023 World Cup in South Africa

Bethan Dyke joins Nia Jones as a co-captain for Welsh Feathers’ three-Test series against Uganda in January.

Head coach Emily Handyside has trimmed her 19-strong squad to 15 for the matches on 10, 12 and 13 January, 2024.

Nansi Kuti, Sarie Watkins, Clare Jones, Millie Carter miss out for the games against Uganda in Cardiff.

Having missed out on the 2019 Netball World Cup, Welsh Feathers finished ninth in South Africa in this year’s tournament.

Jones and Dyke are among the established players who remain involved with Wales, ranked ninth in the world, taking on a nation two places above them.
