Aston Villa manager Unai Emery says the club are looking to tie down key players Morgan Rogers, John McGinn and Matty Cash to new contracts.
The trio have started every game in the Premier League this season and been vital in Villa’s resurgence under Emery.
England midfielder Rogers, 23, is under contract until 2030, 31-year-old Scot McGinn has a deal until 2027, while Poland right-back Cash, 28, also has another two years on his current deal.
Emery said: “The club is working in the individual situation with Matty Cash, with Morgan and with John McGinn.
“They are very important players for us. Their commitment with Aston Villa is massive, always being very, very positive, and playing with their qualities.
“Now they are probably getting better and, for the team that is very, very important.”
Rogers scored 14 goals for Villa last season and has become a key player for Thomas Tuchel in the national side.
McGinn has made 251 league appearances for Villa, while Cash has been a regular since moving from Nottingham Forest in 2020.
