Products at Trader Joe’s are always coming and going — and the grocer has truly kept us guessing when it comes to how long products will stay in stock. Fortunately, they tend to bring some fan-favorite items back, especially their seasonal products.

Last Valentine’s Day, Trader Joe’s Raspberry Mousse Cakes satisfied our fruity dessert cravings, and we’re happy to say it’s now back once again for a limited time. Spotted by @trader_joes_treasure_hunt, the mini cakes are ready for eating right in the bakery aisle. With six to a tray, these bite-size treats are a festive cap to your Valentine’s Day meal. Plus, according to the box, the serving size is three cakes, but we’d bet it will even be hard to stop there.

“Light, delicate, and bursting with ebulliently bright berry flavor, biting into a Trader Joe’s Raspberry Mousse Cake is like taking yourself on a sweet, tart, texturally sublime adventure,” says Trader Joe’s on their website. “They’re made for us by a trained pastry chef, who just so happens to excel at refined treats like these.”

Each cake begins with a thick layer of vanilla cake that is topped with raspberry-flavored mousse. A pink, sugary coating covers the treat and is decorated with a confectionary edible leaf. The grocer recommends adding some whipped cream and fresh raspberries, plus pairing with a sparkling wine.

Commenters on the post were excited for the tasty comeback, to say the least. “I definitely need these in my life!” said one user. If you missed your chance to try these last year, you can grab a box of six for $3.99 right now. But don’t wait too long: These will be gone before you know it.
