How to get Battlefield 6: REDSEC Twitch Drops

Battlefield RedSec has arrived to stake a claim to the free-to-play, battle royale crown. Can it make a dent in a well-established market? Only time will tell. Until then, you might as well celebrate with some free items that can be earned via the power of Twitch Drops.

How to get Battlefield 6: REDSEC Twitch Drops

To get your free Battlefield 6: REDSEC Twitch Drops, you will need to connect your EA and Twitch accounts. To do this, follow the steps below.

• Go to www.ea.com and log in using your account details. 
• Select the Connected Accounts tab.
• Select Twitch from the “not linked” section near the bottom of the page.
• You will get a message advising you that you are connecting to Twitch, and some sharing of information will be necessary.
• Click continue, then click Send to have a verification code sent to your email or phone, if you have 2FA set up.
• Enter the code if you need to, then hit Authorize on the Twitch page that loads and asks for confirmation that you wish to link accounts.
• Finally, confirm the linking of the accounts on the EA page that will load after that.

You should also ensure that your platform where you play Battlefield is linked to your EA account, be that Xbox, PlayStation, Steam, or any other. Now that all the linking is done, it’s time to watch some streams. 

From October 28 at 8 am PT to November 4 at 11:59 pm PT, you can find streams on Twitch that are playing Battlefield REDSEC and watch them to unlock the drops. You will need to watch for set times to unlock the various items (listed below), and when that is done, claim the item on Twitch in the Drops and Rewards section under your profile picture. This should be done within 24 hours of the watch time requirement being achieved.

The rewards will then become available in your game the next time you log in.

• Watch for 1 Hour and earn the “Hitchhiking” Vehicle Decal
• Watch for 2 Hours and earn the “Marauder” Vehicle Skin
• Watch for 3 Hours and earn the “Highland Hunter” Weapons Package
• Watch for 4 Hours and earn the “No Mercy” Soldier Skin
