The Apple Arcade launch of Cult of the Lamb marks the mobile debut of Massive Monster and Devolver Digital’s hit game.
Cult of the Lamb has been a smash hit for Devolver Digital and Massive Monster on pretty much every platform it’s been on. Now for the first time, it’s set to make its way to mobile devices. The game is launching on Apple Arcade in December 2025.
Devolver Digital and Massive Monster shared the details of Cult of the Lamb’s release on Apple Arcade on social media this week. Cult of the Lamb will come to iOS devices for Apple Arcade subscribers starting on December 4, 2025. It will remain exclusive to iOS for the time being, but it will feature every DLC and expansion that has been released up to this point (although it’s unknown if the upcoming Woolhaven expansion will also come to the mobile version when it launches).
Cult of the Lamb has been a massive winner for Devolver Digital. The publisher called the game its best-selling franchise, claiming that Cult of the Lamb has brought in about $90 million in revenue across the base game, expansions, and other merchandise. Back in 2022 when it released, Contributing Editor Laryn Bell praised Cult of the Lamb in our Shacknews review for its cut aesthetic, satisfying gameplay, and depth of secrets and surprises, and it’s only gotten better since.
With Cult of the Lamb coming to mobile devices on Apple Arcade, it’s another solid app for Apple’s game subscription platform. As we watch for more updates, stay tuned to the Cult of the Lamb topic.
