A trip down memory lane! This thing churns a mean gallon of ice cream! Easy to use. Pour your ice cream recipe into the canister, set the canister in the middle of the bucket, and attach the motor. Pile on the ice and salt. Plug it in and watch it do all the work. Beats the heck out of the old crank ice cream freezer I grew up with. Worth every penny.
