Bundling is all the rage in the streaming TV world.
As prices go up on individual streaming services, consumers are finding cost savings in bundles that offer multiple services for one combined monthly price.
Perhaps the most famous of these deals is orchestrated by Disney, which has had a good deal of success bundling Disney+ with products like Hulu, HBO Max and ESPN Unlimited over the years.
But, as of October 20, we can add a couple of new players in this market: Peacock and Apple TV.
The two popular video streaming services recently unveiled a bundle partnership that can get you both services for as low as $14.99 per month.
Let’s take a look at the details and determine whether you should take advantage of this particular bundle.
Apple and NBCUniversal Announce Streaming Bundle Partnership
The Apple TV and Peacock Bundle, which became available on October 20, 2025, is the first of its kind for both Apple and NBCUniversal.
The two seemingly unlikely partners have cast aside competition for streaming eyeballs to join forces and build off each other’s customer bases.
Per the joint press release: “Customers in the U.S. can save over 30 percent by subscribing to the Apple TV and Peacock Premium bundle for $14.99 per month, or Apple TV and Peacock Premium Plus for $19.99 per month, through either app or website.”
Regular Monthly Pricing for the Individual Services
- Peacock Premium: $10.99
- Peacock Premium Plus: $16.99
- Apple TV: $12.99
New Bundled Monthly Pricing
- Apple TV and Peacock Premium: $14.99
- Apple TV and Peacock Premium Plus: $19.99
“There is no more perfect combination of entertainment than the Apple TV and Peacock Bundle, with our complementary content portfolios featuring the best shows, movies, sports, and live events,” said Matt Strauss, Chairman, NBCUniversal Media Group. “With this first-of-its-kind initiative with Apple, we’re redefining what the customer journey should be for a streaming bundle with rich sampling and a smooth sign-up process, and we’re broadening the reach of Peacock to even more audiences.”
Is This New Streaming TV Bundle Worth It?
If you’re an existing customer of both of these services, the answer is a resounding YES.
Unless you’re receiving a free or reduced subscription price from both services, you’re unlikely to beat the bundled price. Paying for both services combined rather than independently would save you at least $8 per month in subscription fees.
If you’re an existing customer of just one of the two services, you may still find that the answer is YES.
This may be your chance to unlock some extra entertainment for just a few extra bucks per month.
If you’re an Apple subscriber with no Peacock, you could add access to hits like “The Office” and live NBA and Premier League games for just a couple of bucks per month. And if you’re a Peacock subscriber with no Apple TV, you may finally be able to watch some of their top original series like “Ted Lasso” and “Severance” for just a few more dollars than what you’re already paying.
If you’re not a customer of either service, you may want to try them for one month before committing to this bundle as a part of your streaming plan.
To me, this bundle is a chance to get some “retro pricing” on these streaming services, which used to be in the $5 to $7 per month range back when they initially launched several years ago.
I personally thought they had good value at those rates, but I also believe asking more than $10 per month for each product individually is pricing some people out and zapping the value customers previously felt they were enjoying.
This bundle is a chance to get that feeling back. But, if you’ve never subscribed to either before, I suggest you explore their libraries to see if the content is worth it to you.
