This is a neat product I picked up in store. The treat maker is easy to use since it has no buttons – just plug it in and wait for it to heat up (~3min). It comes with 7 “normal” recipes and 5 “quickie” recipes, each using healthy ingredients. The quickie recipes only use a few ingredients each, making them easier to make so I’ll likely stick with these. Each batch of 4 treats takes ~5min to bake.
I’ve only tried one recipe so far which used unsweetened peanut butter, flour, and water. The only issue I had was completely closing the device. Once you put the dough on the hot plates, you press down the lid and are supposed to (I think) latch it to the bottom, but because the bottom had very little to hold onto, it was a bit difficult to latch. I found that the treats baked more evenly when the lid is latched so I recommend this instead of leaving it unlatched. The treats came off the plates very easily and I didn’t have a single one break. Overall, my pups really enjoyed the treats and I enjoyed a couple myself. Recommended.
