OK, so I bought this set primarily because the bottom was the same non-stick as the inside and it would be a breeze to keep clean versus those pans with the god-awful induction circles on the bottom. I felt compelled to write this review because since they arrived, EVERY person in the house including my spouse, my 25-year-old son, and my son-in-law “who literally just now has said to me), these are the best pans they’ve ever used.
They don’t claim to be wipe-clean, they in fact ARE wipe clean, top and bottom. They are the only pans I will buy going forward and plan to next time they are on sale. Truly one of my best purchases from QVC. My Granite Stone and Copper Chef are in the donate box.

BEST nonstick pans I have ever owned. As a former chef, I do all of the cooking at home. These pans are so worth it. I reheated COLD mashed potatoes, straight out of the fridge, and they didn’t stick one bit and slid right out of the pan without any nudging or spatula needed.
These pans feature a diamond-reinforced coating, stay cool handle and lid, and are both dishwasher safe.
