Combine the white chocolate chips, heavy cream, milk, and vanilla extract into a Crockpot slow cooker, and stir.

Close the lid, and turn the slow cooker to a low setting for about 1-2 hours until the chocolate is melted. Give it a stir a couple of times while melting. Whisk in a few drops of green food coloring.

Turn the slow cooker to a warm setting to serve during your party. Top with heart sprinkles and any other toppings like marshmallows and whipped cream. Enjoy!
