Awesome gazebo! We picked up the box, Home Depot used a forklift to set the 4x7x1 box in my truck. No damage to the box as Hampton bay cleverly used metal reinforcements for forklift use. We unboxed it and were amazed at how well-packaged this product was. Every part was wrapped. The roof comes in 20 pieces and it was boxed using a metal frame to ensure no damage. Each piece had foam separating the next.
We used the BILT app to help my wife and I assemble it. I would start bolting a piece together and she would then finish tightening it to speed assembly. helpful hints-have a couple of Allen wrenches handy (you know how they get lost) 2. build the roof frame on the ground then put it up. 3. for roof panels install as the directions state however put both bolts in (2nd one loose) this will keep the roof panel in place till the next one.
Absolutely in love with this gazebo! We purchased this beauty and it was worth every penny and the labor of putting it together. If you are on the fence, hop over to this side. It’s an investment in your property and years of enjoyment for you, family, and friends!
Really nice Gazebo, well built and pretty easy to assemble. We did it with 2 guys but 4 would be better at the beginning to get the 4 posts up. Everything came in one long box that was over 300lbs but was well packed. We had it completed in just under 6 hours and we added a fan, solar lights and curtains. Will see how it holds up when we get through our first winter in Indiana.
